How to disable device's lock screen in Knox Manage?
To disable the lock screen and prevent users from changing the lock screen settings, follow the below steps:

In your Knox Manage Admin console > click Profile ( Top left side of the screen).

Select a profile, then click Modify Profile Info.

Depending on Knox Manage deployment, under Android Enterprise or Android Legacy > navigate to Security.

Next to the Lock Screen policy, select Disallow.

Click Save & Assign.
Some times this error message occurs "4000307" as these devices are already registered
To resolve the error you need to follow below steps :

Open Knox Configure and go to the Devices tab.

Select all devices and go to Actions > Export to CSV.

Open the CS which is just downloaded and the new ready to upload CSV file.

Duplicate Device IDs found on both spreadsheets indicate that the device is already configured.

Remove the duplicate devices in new CSV file and upload.
