How can I find my ID ?

You can find your Samsung Account information by clicking on the Find ID and Reset Password link on the login page.

1. Click on "Log-In"
2. Select "Find ID or Reset password"
3. Select the "Find ID" tab
4. Enter your name and date of birth on the "Find ID" form.
5. Click on the "Find ID" button to see the ID (e-mail) you initially set when joining the Samsung Account.
