How to Fix External Device Connectivity Issues on Your Odyssey OLED G9
If you see the "Mode Not Supported" message on your screen, it may indicate that the output resolution of the external device is not compatible with your monitor. To fix this, adjust the output resolution of the external device to a resolution supported by the Odyssey OLED G9.
If your video is displaying correctly but there is no audio, follow these steps:
If you're using an HDMI connection, verify the audio output settings on your PC.
If you are using a DVI to HDMI cable, remember that a separate audio cable is required for sound.
For audio output from your computer, connect external speakers to the audio output connection.
When using MultiView to mirror your mobile screen, you may want to adjust the autorun settings. To change these settings:
Navigate to Home > (left directional button) > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Options.
Note: If you prefer to view only the mobile screen while mirroring or casting, turn off ‘Autorun Multi View Mirroring’ or ‘Autorun Multi View Casting’.
