How to Resolve Wireless Network Connection Issues on the Odyssey OLED G9

- Navigate to Home > (left directional button) > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
Connectivity and Troubleshooting Steps
- Ensure that the network cable is securely connected and the router is powered on.
- Connect your mobile device to the router via Wi-Fi to confirm the router is working.
- Restart the router by turning it off and on (this may take 2 to 3 minutes).
- If a security key is required, verify that it has been entered correctly.
- Unplug the Odyssey OLED G9 power cord or long-press the power button for at least 3 seconds.
- Ensure no electromagnetic wave generating device is placed between the Odyssey OLED G9 and the router.
- If unable to establish a wireless internet connection, try connecting the Odyssey OLED G9 to the wireless router via an Ethernet cable.
- If the Product connects to the internet via cable but not wirelessly, there might be an issue with the wireless router. In such cases, try a different router.

- Wired networks are not supported on some models.
