Troubleshooting External Device and USB Hub Issues on the Odyssey OLED G9

Issue 1: Proper operation cannot be guaranteed when using an external USB hub.
- The maximum supported electric current via the USB port is 500 mA or less.
- If the Odyssey OLED G9 operates correctly without external devices but encounters issues with an external device, it is not considered a malfunction.
- Please check the operational specifications of any external devices in use if a problem occurs.
Issue 2: No screen appears when connecting the Product to an external device.
- For guidance on connecting an external device, run the Connection Guide:
Home > (left directional button) > Connected Devices > Connection Guide
- Ensure the external device is securely connected and powered on. Navigate to Sources to switch to other input sources:
Home > (left directional button) > Connected Devices > Sources
- Use HDMI Troubleshooting to check the connection to the HDMI cable and external devices (approximately 2 minutes):
Home > (left directional button) > Connected Devices > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting
- When using a set-top box or cable box, check the broadcast signals or the network connected to the external device.
