Why the display of T27A950 monitor is vibrating, static, or wavy lines on it?
The wavy lines or static on your LCD monitor might be caused by other electronic devices (cell phones, cordless phones, rotating fans) that are too close to the monitor or by devices plugged into the same circuit as the monitor.
Static and wavy lines can also be caused by interference from add-on hardware such as signal splitters, port replicators, docking stations, and so on.
Note: Electrical outlets that share a common circuit breaker are on the same circuit.
To end the static or wavy lines, try moving the offending devices further away from the monitor. If you have devices on the same circuit, try turning them off or plugging them into another circuit. If that doesn't work, the cause of your problem may be outside your house or apartment - a telephone company transformer, for example. Try moving your computer and monitor to another location in your room or move the computer and monitor to another room altogether.
