Check the information codes on my POWERbot
If the POWERbot fails to operate, you may see an information code on the screen. Check the codes and instructions below and try the suggestions that are given. If any code keeps appearing on the screen, please contact a local Samsung service center for further support.
What is an information code?
POWERbot displays the information codes that can help to understand what is happening with your machine. Therefore, if the POWERbot fails to operate, check the control panel first. In most cases, it is not a mechanical problem.

Foreign matter caught in the drum brush. |
Turn the emergency switch off on your POWERbot and remove the foreign matter from the brush. |

Foreign matter caught in the left driving wheel. |
Turn the emergency switch off on your POWERbot and remove the foreign matter from the left driving wheel. |

C03 |
Foreign matter caught in the right driving wheel. |
Turn the emergency switch off on your POWERbot and remove the foreign matter from the right driving wheel. |

C05 |
Inspection sign on the bumper sensor. |
-Turn the emergency switch off and turn it back on again. -If the information code does not disappear, check to see if there is any foreign matter between the bumper and the main body. If there is, simply pull the bumper slightly and remove the foreign matter. |

C06 |
Foreign matter accumulated on the obstacle sensor. |
Turn the emergency switch off on your POWERbot and clean the front and rear sensor with a soft cloth. |

C07 |
Foreign matter accumulated on the cliff sensor. |
Turn the emergency switch off on your POWERbot and clean the cliff sensor with a soft cloth. |

Main PCB needs to be inspected. |
-Turn off your POWERbot and restart it. -If this information code remains, please contact a Samsung service center. |
