How to solve no cooling issue of Samsung AC
Samsung air conditioners are renowned for their cooling efficiency. However, if you encounter a situation where your Samsung AC is not cooling properly or at all, there are steps you can take to diagnose and potentially resolve the problem. In this guide, we will outline troubleshooting techniques to help you identify and fix the no-cooling issue in your Samsung AC.
The slow cooling problem in the Samsung Air-Conditioner can be due to the following reasons:
- Cooling mode is not set at a cold temperature.
- There are some obstacles in front of indoor or outdoor units.
- The air filter is not clean.
- The room is much bigger than the power of the AC.
- Installation on the side "Corner" of the room is not recommended
Follow the steps to check the cooling problem
Removing the air filter
Cleaning the Air filter
- If the air filter is clogged, air cannot flow properly through the air conditioner
- Clean the air filter by washing the filter with running water.
Dry the air filter in a ventilated area. Odor can occur if the air filter is not dried completely or dries in a confined (or humid) area.
Reassembling the air filter.
Insert the air filter back in its original position and close the front panel.
Temperature and Mode
- Reset the temperature to the right temperature.
23°C is the recommended temperature - Reset the mode to the right one. (Cool)
- Check if the outdoor unit is covered or installed near any obstructions.
Note:
- Cooling can also be affected if the AC capacity is not suited to the room size or the AC installed is placed in a location not recommended.
- Performance will be affected if the doors and windows are open.
