Water is leaking from Add wash door or the main door

Small leaks are simply repaired with simple maintenance. Kindly follow these steps to learn how to solve it.
- Make sure the door is properly closed.
- Make sure all hose connections are tight.
- Make sure the end of the drain hose is correctly inserted and secured to the drain system.
- Avoid overloading.
- Use high efficiency (HE) detergent to prevent-oversudsing
Door gasket or Door glass issue

Check for any foreign object on the door gasket or the door glass.
● Open the washer door (Main door / Add wash door)
● Use a damp towel or microfiber cloth & wipe the door gasket & door glass to remove the foreign objects.
Check if any laundry stuck between the door & gasket.
● Insert the laundry into the washing machine completely so that the laundry does not get caught in the door.
● If laundry gets caught in the door, it may result in damage to the laundry or the washing machine, or result in a water leak.

Use a damp towel or microfiber cloth & wipe the door gasket & door glass to remove the foreign objects.
