What must you know about promotions or campaigns on Samsung Digital Appliances?

From time to time, Samsung Gulf Electronics delivers seasonal promotions or campaigns for consumer electronic products by offering a 3-year additional warranty.
Promotion Mechanism:
- During the promotional period, the consumers shall be informed about the additional warranty offer which could be availed by registration on Samsung website (Mandatory fields to be filled in are Name, Contact details, Product purchase date & Serial Nos. [15 digits] of the purchased product).

Advertisement: Promotions or Campaigns are published via PoSM, FSM, Digital Media etc.

Eligibility: Consumers not registered under additional warranty "Shall Not be Eligible" for this promotion.

Warranty Validation: Product serial number is cross verified from back end database.
For such promotions, customers must complete the online registration form within 30 days from the date of purchase to avoid any inconvenience of availing warranty promotions.
Note:
- Registration for the promotion will not be permitted for serial numbers that do not match the database.
