Does SmartTag 2 Support Water Resistance?

In today's tech-savvy world, keeping our devices safe from water damage is essential. With simple yet effective tips, you can protect your device's water-resistant features and prolong its lifespan. Let's dive into the key practices to ensure your device stays dry and functional.

Your product supports water-resistance (tested under IP67 conditions: 15-35 °C, 86-106 kPa, fresh water, 1 metre (or 3 feet), 30 minutes). Follow these tips carefully to maintain the water-resistant performance of the product.

• Do not expose the product to swimming pool water or sea water.
• Do not expose the product to water moving with force. A sudden rise in the water pressure may exceed the guaranteed level of water resistance.
• If the product is exposed to water, wipe it with a soft and clean cloth, and then dry it thoroughly.
• If the product is exposed to other liquids, such as soapy water, oil, perfume, sunscreen, hand cleaner, or chemical products such as cosmetics, clean the product with fresh water that does not flow, wipe it with a soft and clean cloth, and then dry it thoroughly before use to maintain the water resistance.
• If the product has been immersed in water or speaker is wet, sound may not be heard clearly.
