Customers who pre-ordered but did not register for the Galaxy Unpack gets a complimentary 1 Year Samsung Care Plus. To activate, the customer has to register within 30 days from the delivery date in Samsung Members App. Learn How to activate Samsung care+

Customers who registered and acquired the 2 Year Samsung Care Plus will be activated automatically with 30 days from receiving the device. Do not register in Samsung Members instead contact Samsung if you need assistance.
