How to use Frame or Effect?
Step 1. Touch and hold the background on your home screen. Tap Wallpaper and style.
Step 2.. Tap Change wallpapers.
Step 3.Tap Gallery.
Step 4.Select a photo.
Step 5.Choose where to apply. Either the Lock Screen or the Home screen.
Step 6. Tap Frame or Effect
Step 7. Swipe left or right to select a mode.
