How can I check the charge status?

When you connect the earbuds and the charger case, the LED indicators flash certain colors to indicate the battery status.
- Green: Fully charged.
- Yellow: Between 30 and 60% battery.
- Red: Charging.
- Flashing Red: Charging error. Reconnect the case and earbuds. If the error occurs again, contact a Samsung Service Center for service support.

After connecting your earbuds and mobile device, launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device to check the battery status of both the earbuds and charging case.
