RAM Plus is a feature on your Galaxy phone that allows you to intelligently expand your memory by using your internal storage as virtual memory. More memory allows you to run more apps in the background and launch apps faster. and enhance performance
How to Use RAM Plus?

Go to Settings then tap on Battery and device care.

Tap on Memory

Tap on RAM Plus and select how much internal storage you would like to use as virtual memory.

Note: RAM plus uses the main storage as virtual memory, and the size of memory varies depending on the device model.
