Is the crease on the unfolded Galaxy Z Fold5's main screen a defect?

You may notice a crease at the center of the main screen, and this is a normal characteristic of the device.

The Galaxy Z Fold5 is equipped with Samsung UTG (Ultra Thin Glass) as the main screen and minimizes the display thickness by stacking multiple thin film materials in order to allow a flexible display that is repeatedly folded.

Thanks to this unique material, the screen has improved flatness, giving you an incredibly smooth viewing experience when unfolded.
Samsung is continuously considering and developing various ways to overcome the limitations of the foldable material, but the crease is a normal characteristic of the device designed with a flexible display. 

It does not affect the display’s quality, lifespan, or performance, and will not impede the experience of using the device or viewing content.
