Solutions for Apps Crashing and Freezing on your Galaxy Device

It is very annoying when you are using your favorite app and it suddenly stops and you are directed back to the home screen. This usually occurs when your Wi-Fi or cellular data is slow or unstable and apps tend to malfunction. Another reason for Android apps crashing is the lack of storage space on your device. An app crash occurs when your internet connection is slow or unstable. In this case, optimizing your network's strength usually works. If the problem persists, try the below steps in order. 

Step 1. Switch off your mobile data/Wi-Fi router for about a few minutes. 

Step 2. Turn off your device and restart it again. 

Step 3. Switch on mobile data or turn on the router and connect to Wi-Fi.

Step 4. Try using another network connection if the app still crashes and does not run. 

  • If the problem still persists, you may change the settings to solve the problem as suggested below. 

This method resolves the Android Apps crashing issue by wiping off unnecessary App data stored in your device. Follow the step-by-step instructions given below to clear unwanted app data and cache.

You must download the App from the Google Play Store and use it only after it is successfully and completely installed on your device.
