The 'Enhanced data protection' feature is a security function by Samsung that protects users' personal information. It uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE) to store specific data in the Samsung Cloud. Users can back up and restore their data with a recovery code generated only once when setting up the feature. The recovery code is essential for accessing backed-up data and cannot be viewed again after it is created, so it must be stored securely. Only the user's devices can access the encrypted data, and even Samsung cannot access it.
