Why are my Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro not working?

If the battery is completely dead, charge the earbuds fully before using them.
Make sure the earbuds' touch sensors are in contact with your ears. If you don't hear a detection sound, try taking the earbuds out and putting them back in.
If the earbuds' gesture controls stop working or become unresponsive, put them in their charging case, close it, wait for at least 7 seconds, then take them out again.
