Press and hold the Play/Pause button to launch Game Bar. ( All settings > Connection > Game Mode Settings)

Select the Virtual Aim Point; you can select the color of Aim Point. (Red, Blue, White) If you want to adjust the Aim Point position, you can use the Edit Position menu.
