If resetting or replacing an old Samsung TV, you can run a backup from the Samsung cloud.
- Enter the first part of your postcode.
- Choose your TV provider.
It is necessary to have a Samsung account for the phone to automatically connect to your TV when you start the setup.
When the promotion shows on your phone, tap setup and then follow these instructions:
Information from your WiFi and Samsung account is transmitted to your TV.
If your Bluetooth smart remote needs to be paired:
- Point the remote control at the Samsung Logo on the TV and simultaneously press and hold the play/pause and Return keys.
