Reset the Remote
For battery-operated remotes:
- Remove the batteries.
- Press and hold the Power button for 8 seconds to reset.
- Reinsert the batteries and test the remote.
For 2021 or newer solar remotes:
Press and hold the Return and Enter buttons for 10 seconds to reset.

Check the IR Signal
Use a phone or tablet camera to check the infrared (IR) signal.
- Point the remote at the camera and press the Power button.
- If no IR light appears, replace the batteries and try again.
- If there is still no IR light, visit an Authorized Service Center.

Pair the Remote with the TV
To pair your remote:
- Stand close to the TV.
- Press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for 3-5 seconds until a connection message appears.
If pairing fails:
- Unplug the TV for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
- Try pairing again by pressing Return and Play/Pause for 3-5 seconds.
