The television automatically changes its source.
Samsung TVs and the Odyssey Ark gaming screen utilize Anynet+ (also known as HDMI-CEC), enabling connected HDMI devices to signal your TV when they power on. The TV automatically switches to this source by default. The method to prevent this source switching depends on your remote type, with Smart Remotes connecting via Bluetooth, while IR remotes do not.
Note: Certain devices might mistakenly send a signal, prompting the TV to switch to the source, even when the external device is inactive. This issue lies with the external device, and usually, the manufacturer will provide a firmware update to address it. Consider updating the firmware on the external device and reaching out to the manufacturer for additional support.
- Verify that your TV's software is up-to-date.

Aim your remote at the TV and input the code: Mute, 7, 2, 9, and exit.

If turning on a connected HDMI device results in the TV automatically switching to it, the code was not entered swiftly enough. No service is necessary for this matter. Once the code is correctly inputted, the TV will cease to switch HDMI sources automatically.
