Troubleshooting Samsung Smart TV App Installation Problems with DU ISP

Samsung Smart TVs are a popular choice for home entertainment, with many users depending on the Smart Hub to access streaming services and other internet material. Unfortunately, some Samsung TV users may have connectivity troubles while using the DU ISP, despite the fact that the problem is caused by the DU ISP router rather than the Samsung TV.
How to troubleshoot Smart Hub and Apps not working:

Connect Etisalat ISP via Mobile Hotspot

Click the Home button on your remote control and then navigate to the Settings – Support – Self-diagnosis – Choose Reset Smart Hub - Enter the PIN for your TV (0000).

Press the Home button on your remote control and Choose Apps – Setup Smart Hub.

Wait 3 to 5 Min to confirm that all apps are already installed.

Now you can connect to DU ISP and use installed apps; in case any new apps need to be installed follow from 1 to 3 again.

- The Issue from the DU ISP router not from Samsung TV.
