[FAQs] French door Refrigerator : Why Are Foods In The CoolSelect Drawer Getting Mold On Them?

 

 

 

If food in CoolSelect zone spoils easily, make sure that the CoolSelect Zone Drawer is not set to the Thaw mode.

 

To cancel the Thaw mode, press any button on the CoolSelect Zone Drawer control panel except Thaw:

  • Press the Soft Freeze Button if you want the temperature set to 23? F (-5? C). This setting keeps meat and fish fresher longer.
  • Press the Chill button if you want the temperature set to 30? F (-1? C). This setting keeps meat and fish fresher longer.
  • Press the Cool button if you want the temperature set to the same temperature as the refrigerator setting.
