How do I block notifications from mobile device to Galaxy Fitⓔ?

You can set the Galaxy Fitⓔ to receive or block notifications from the mobile device for a variety of events, such as missed calls or new messages.
On the mobile device, tap Galaxy Wearable → then tap on Notifications.
Tap the switch to deactivate it. To block notifications by app, tap Manage notifications and tap the switch next to an app.
Select only those apps you really wish to receive notifications from on the Galaxy Fitⓔ.
