Q : I cannot synchronize Samsung Health data between my Galaxy Watch Active2 and mobile device. Why is this?
A : Please ensure your Galaxy Watch Active2 has the latest version. If not, please check again after updating Samsung Health application of your mobile phone to the latest version, if the problem is still persists, please contact to Samsung Service Centre with a device.
