I cannot turn on the screen and display is black

Q : I cannot turn on the screen and display is black. Only voice is emitting from my Galaxy Watch. Why is this?

A : Please check whether Dark screen as one of various functions in Voice Assistant feature has being activated on your wearable device. If this feature is enabled, touchscreen of wearable device turns off as Voice Assistant can act like your eyes when you are using your device and its features give maximal control of your device even if you can't see it.

Accordingly, you can turn on touchscreen of wearable device by disabled Dark screen feature on following path.

• Connected mobile device : Galaxy Wearable app> Accessibility > Screen reader > Settings > Dark screen > off
