Samsung is aware of the glitch that some Galaxy Note10+ 5G users may experience. It happens when your device is registered to a 5G network with a weak signal. Regarding this, Samsung is scheduled to release a new software soon to prevent this inconvenience that consumers might experience. Therefore, please check for updates to your device’s software regularly via the FOTA or Smart Switch PC. Samsung encourages users to keep the software and apps updated to latest version.
To avoid the glitch, we recommend that you set your device’s network mode to LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) as it appears only when you are using a 5G network connection. To change this, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode > LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
