Some of the features that make use of the proximity sensor does not work properly. Why is this?

The bezel on the Galaxy A20/A30/A40/A50 device was minimized because of the Infinity-U Display. Due to the minimized bezel, the Galaxy A 2019 has the proximity sensor underneath the display. On the Galaxy A 2019 Series, operating concepts of some apps or features related to the proximity sensor have also been changed.
Compared to previous devices, the Galaxy A Series 2019 not only uses the proximity sensor, but also touch recognition and motion gesture, to operate some apps or features related to the proximity sensor.
Accordingly, operation to turn on/off the screen during a call may also differ compared to previous devices,
and some apps or features may also not be supported.
