Effortless and
hassle-free

Simply log into your Samsung Knox Portal to make a swap request for one or more of your enrolled devices.

As an example, if you enrolled 3000 devices with a 10% Swap Allowance, your total Swap Allowance will be 300 devices over the term of your subscription. The swap allowance replacement is based on eligible devices. The table above does not include applicable service fees.

Answer to the most common questions about Samsung Care+ for business


1. Samsung Care+ for Business is not an insurance product. T&Cs apply. Availability of colours dependent on stock availability. Swap your eligible device for a Like Mobile Device depending on your Swap Allowance of 5%, 10% or 15% over 24 or 36 months from the Samsung Care+ for Business subscription start. Samsung Care+ for Business does not cover lost or stolen devices. A swap device is usually a refurbished device of the same model as your current device. If this is not available, we’ll provide a comparable model. You must return your original device within 14 days of receiving a swap device, otherwise you may be charged a Device Non Return Fee. For your swap device to be dispatched by the next business day, your swap request must be lodged by 3pm AEST on a business day and will be subject to stock availability (including colour variants). Ownership of your original device immediately passes to Samsung’s service provider Asurion once it is swapped and all content will be wiped upon receipt. If your device is covered by warranty or consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, the swap fee will not apply. See Samsung Care+ Terms and Conditions for further details.

2. If device stock is unavailable at the time you lodge a swap request you will be placed on priority backorder. Each swap request is processed and shipped individually. If you lodge a bulk swap request for 20 or more devices, same business day shipping may not be available.
