Samsung 7000 Series French Door Refrigerator range

Made for those who love entertaining, Samsung’s new 7000 Series French Door Refrigerator range is packed with smart innovations, such as the new Beverage Centre with Autofill Jug. The 1.4L jug automatically refills every time it is placed back in the fridge, and natural flavour and fruits can be added to infuse the water. Sian Redgrave, a seasoned host and recipe developer, has crafted a beautiful pomegranate, raspberry and grapefruit cordial that will set the scene for spring entertaining at any table.
Pomegranate, raspberry and grapefruit cordial (serves 6)
Ingredients:
• 1 pink grapefruit, thinly sliced into half moons
• 1 punnet fresh strawberries
• 1/2 bunch fresh mint
• 500ml fresh pomegranate juice
• 1 stick vanilla, split in half
• 1 tablespoon caster sugar
• 1 litre water
Instructions:
1. Fill the infuser cylinder of your autofill jug with a spoon of raspberries and a few slices of grapefruit. Fill with water and place into your fridge to infuse for 30 minutes.
2. In a medium saucepan pour the pomegranate juice, sugar and vanilla bean. On a low to medium heat, bring to a gentle simmer, stirring to ensure the sugar has dissolved. Pour into a jug and then pop into the fridge to cool.
3. To serve, fill each glass with ice, a spoon of raspberries, two slices of grapefruit and sprigs of fresh mint. Top with desired amount of pomegranate juice and then fill with infused water.
