How to find your TV/Projector model
For all 2021 and 2022 Smart TV's, you can obtain the model number via your TV menu:
Menu > Support > Contact Samsung
Alternately, you can find your model number on a printed label on the back of your TV.
How to find your Soundbar/Sound Tower model
Find your model number on the white sticker on the reverse of your Soundbar/Sound Tower.
You’ll see both the model and the model code number. See example image.
If you have a Samsung TV* and you’ve already set up your Soundbar, find your model number by going to the Menu bar.
Menu bar > Settings > Sound
You’ll find the Model number listed on the screen next to ‘Sound Output’
