The Samsung Online Store works with professional logistics partners to deliver your order directly. Small items such as mobile devices and accessories are shipped in parcel packages while large products such as washing machines and refrigerators are delivered to you by our delivery partners.
If the delivery of these items cannot proceed the delivery may be postponed or the item may be returned to Samsung Australia.
To help improve your shipping experience, the Samsung Online Store offers various delivery options including installation and the removal of an old appliance for an additional cost.
Please note that installation and product removal services are valid only in select locations.
