Samsung is not able to delivery to a PO Box, however we are able to deliver small items to Australia Post Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect Locations across Australia.

To use this service, you will need to sign up for a MyPost account from Australia Post, set up and manage your contact details, delivery and notification preferences.

Select a delivery location that is convenient, save the Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect address as an alternative delivery addresses once you’ve verified your identity.

Then simply enter your chosen Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect address at the checkout process.
