The buy online and pick up in store service allows you to order and pay for a product on the Samsung Online Store and collect it at a selected Samsung Retail stores.

Store Pickup Process

1. When ordering your product, select 'Store Pickup' as the delivery method.

2. Select your preferred store and complete your order.

3. You will receive an order confirmation email confirming the delivery address of the Samsung Retail store chosen.

4. When your order is received in store, generally 1-2 business days after placing the order, an email notification will be sent informing you that your product is ready for collection.

5. Visit the store with a valid ID to pick up your item.
