Tracking your delivery

To check shipping information for orders placed while logged in to your Samsung Account, go to My Page > Track My Order > Select Order.

To check delivery information for orders placed as a Guest, please go here to enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you after placing your purchase.
