When can I pick up my order?Orders are typically ready for in-store collection within 48 - 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation email when your items are ready. *T&C's apply.

What do I need to pick up my order?Be ready to show your 'Order confirmation' email and a valid photo ID (such as Driver's Licence, Photo Card, or Passport) with matching name at the time of collection. In-store staff will not provide ordered products if you are unable to show adequate proof of your order and/or identity.

How long will the store hold my reserved items?Orders made online and scheduled for in-store pick up will be held at the store for 7 days. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 7 days, your order will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded.

Can I cancel my order?Scheduled store pickup orders that haven't been collected can be cancelled within 5 days from receiving order confirmation email for full refund. To do this you may either visit in-store or contact Samsung Customer Care on 1300 362 603. Please note that this expressly excludes customized Galaxy S21+ & S21 Ultra devices which require special production so cannot be changed or cancelled once ordered.

Can I return items bought through In-store pick up?Contact Samsung’s Customer Care Team on (1300 362 603) to request a change of mind return of eligible products purchased on the Samsung Online Store within 14 days after pick up. This expressly excludes customized Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra device which cannot be returned. Please refer to our Change of Mind Policy for more information. Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?No, the order can only be collected by the person named in the 'Order confirmation’ email, and this name will need to match a valid photo ID presented (such as Driver's Licence, Photo Card, or passport).

Can I pick up other products such as a TV, Home Appliance, Monitor, SSD or Memory?Currently the click & collect option is only available on selected products from the Mobile, Tablet, and Wearable categories. Please see list of eligible products below.*

Can I trade up my device in store?If you are trading in your old mobile device online, you can collect your new device in store. However you will need to return your old device at an Australia Post office within 7 days in accordance with the Trade in Terms. You cannot leave your old device in store for trade in.

If I change my mind, can I swap a product in store?In line with our returns policy, you may contact Samsung Care Team on 1300 362 603 to request a change of mind return of eligible products purchased on the Samsung Online store within 14 days after collection. This expressly excludes customised Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra device which cannot be returned. You cannot swap products purchased in store or from any other retailer. Please refer to our Change of Mind Policy.

* In-store Pickup is available at the selected Samsung Stores for Mobiles, Tablets, and Wearables (Eligible Products) purchased on the Samsung Online Store (www.samsung.com/au/mobile). Customers must select the In-Store Pickup option at the checkout. Samsung will endeavor to fulfill all orders within 48hrs but this is subject to product availability and may be subject to delays. Customised Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra devices require special production so cannot be cancelled or returned and orders may take approximately 4 - 5 weeks. Customers must collect their Eligible Products from the store during usual business hours within 7 days of receiving notice that the product is ready for collection and present their order confirmation email and valid photo ID. In-store retail staff reserve the right to refuse to provide order if they have reasonable grounds to believe someone is not the customer who purchased the products online. In-store staff can assist customers with Smart Switch and offer Tips & Tricks at cost to customers, but customers should be aware that the store can be busy and staff may request that customers return at a later time . Please note that customised Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra devices which cannot be returned.
