I am not receiving notifications from devices registered on the SmartThings App

NOTE: The SmartThings App is available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. Data fees may apply.
If you are not receiving device notifications, please read on:
Tap “More” on the SmartThings main screen > Notifications > More > Turn notifications on in settings.
Check notification settings for the device(s) you wish to receive notifications from.
Please note: Notifications are not provided for devices connected by Bluetooth.
NOTE: Settings may vary by phone and software version.
