If you have lost your recovery phrase for your wallet in the Samsung Blockchain Keystore, you can check it using other personal information.
Lost your Recovery Phrase?
Go to “Recovery phrase” and verify using either your PIN or fingerprint. Then, you will see the 12 words.
However, if you’ve lost your PIN or cannot use your fingerprint and are not able to see the recovery phrase again, you can´t keep using the existing wallet or restore the wallet in other wallet services.
Can I change my Recovery Phrase in Samsung Blockchain Keystore?
Unfortunately, it is not possible. When you first create a wallet, an associated recovery phrase (set of 12 words) is created together. This recovery phrase cannot be changed because it is immutable value.
Please Note: If your device is lost or stolen, you can restore your wallet in another device using this recovery phrase.
