Samsung Health Monitor Installation Requirements

Installing the Samsung Health Monitor app is simple. However, like other apps, it has requirements must be met or there will be problems with the installation.
The basic requirements for a trouble-free installation are:
- Connect the Watch normally through the Galaxy Wearable App.
- Update the firmware of your Watch to the latest version through the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Samsung Health Monitor can only operate on the wearable devices with Watch Active2 or higher.
- Samsung Health Monitor is not supported on third-party devices, or if the user/devices are overseas.
- The Android version of the smartphone must be Android™,N (7.0) or higher.
Please note, the Samsung Health Monitor is a service that has been approved so that only domestic products can be linked, so it can be used only for products sold domestically.
Domestic products can only be used overseas if the terms and conditions of use and personal information agreement is completed in domestic. However, without completing the consent procedure, it is not possible to use it overseas.
