Troubleshooting the PENUP App

While using PENUP you may encounter some errors, however there are a few options for you to get troubleshooting support via the 'Contact us' option in the app.
Errors may occur due to excessive network traffic or a server inspection. Usually waiting and trying again later can solve this issue.
However, if there is no problem with your network connection but you continue to experience problems, please use the “Contact us” option for troubleshooting methods. To do this go to:
The PENUP App > More options (3 vertical dots in the top right corner) > Contact us
You will then have the option to check out some FAQs, go to the Community forum to seek assistance, make an inquiry, raise an error report, or request remote support.
