Troubleshooting the Game Launcher App

How to enable “Show game apps” on the Home/Apps screen
- Step 1: Tap the “More” menu at the bottom right corner of the Game Launcher Home screen.
- Step 2: Tap “Settings”.
- Step 3: Tap “Show game apps”.
- Step 4. Select ¨In Game Launcher and Home and Apps screens”.
Your game icons should now be visible on the Home/Apps screen.
If there is no sound while you’re playing a game, there may be an issue with the sound settings. First, you should check to see if the “Mute” feature on your phone is activated. The “Mute” icon can be found at the bottom of the "My games" area. If this feature is activated, there will be no sound during game play.
How to turn off the Mute feature
Please note: The location of the “Mute” icon is different depending on which device you use. This feature may not be supported on some models.
Creature collections is an interactive feature that is exclusive to the Game Launcher app. It crafts missions based on your gaming history and creates different eggs for you to find, hatch and keep. Every mission contains a unique egg so the more games you download, the more creatures you collect.
Creature collections depend on the device you have and the games you have installed. When you download a new game, Creature collections will reveal a new mission. However, this also depends on the type of games you have installed – with different genres come different missions. In the future, missions will be updated according to our operation policy so please be on the lookout for new ones.
