Using Samsung Rewards

The more Samsung products you purchase, the more rewards you can redeem. Being able to check how many Samsung Rewards points you have is the key to learning which prizes you can get right away, or which prizes to use as future goals. 

There are two ways to check your Samsung Rewards status, depending on if you check it with your Samsung Members App or on Samsung.com.

Points may be redeemed for Samsung Online Store purchases.*

You can also use them to get various vouchers from the Samsung Rewards catalogue or thru other App services as Samsung Pay or Galaxy Store. In addition, you can redeem your points on the Samsung.com website, on “My Rewards” page.

You can set up notifications for reminders about your Samsung Reward Points expiration date by following these steps: 

• If you return an eligible product for a refund after Samsung Reward points have been redeemed, you will receive a credit for the same amount once the returned product arrives in our warehouse with no problems.
• If you cancel your order before we send the product, the redeemed amount will be returned within a few days of receiving your order of cancellation.
• For a partial return, you will receive a refund matching the amount of payment in credit card/cash/rewards points.
