With the introduction of our slim and light BESPOKE Jet™ Stick vacuum cleaner, doing your daily chores have become more efficient with our versatile range of brushes. The various types of BESPOKE Jet™ Stick brushes can clean the walls, reach corners, and fit into narrow gaps under the sofa or bed. Even pet hair can be removed much easier. BESPOKE Jet™ Stick brushes can also be easily detached with a simple touch, making it hassle-free when cleaning.

Note: 

  • BESPOKE Jet™ Stick Brushes are NOT compatible with the Jet™ Stick Series.
  • Do NOT use a vacuum without a filter in place.
  • When servicing or replacing the brushes, never put fingers or other objects into the fan chamber in case the unit accidentally turns on.
  • Keep openings free of dust, lint, hair, or anything that may reduce airflow.
  • Please contact the nearest Samsung service centre for a replacement if one is needed.

Note: 

  • The Slim Action Brush is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Complete Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, and BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick (Slim LED Brush+).

The Slim Action Brush can remove micro-fine dust on the floor. The advanced Slim Action Brush is slimmer and lighter, has a head that can rotate 180˚, and is easy to detach with a single touch making it easier to get rid of the tangled debris inside.

  • The brush head's rotation angle has increased and moves smoothly, allowing access to every part of the blind spot between the floor and the wall to be cleaned.
  • Press and pull the button to easily separate the brush. You can easily remove foreign substances, such as tangled hair, from the brush.

Note: 

  • If the brush does not work after cleaning, power off the device and turn it back on.

  • Do NOT clean the brush with water.

The Jet Dual brush is specialised for cleaning the carpet.

Note:

  • The Spray Spinning Sweeper is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Pro Extra Stick Vaccum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, and BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick.

Use the Spray Spinning Sweeper to clean the floor with wet pads. The Spray Spinning Sweeper can spray water using water from the water tank, allowing you to mop the floor (works on both wood and linoleum floors).

The Spray Spinning Sweeper comes with 2 types of wet pads and a 150ml water tank attachment. The water tank is near the cover brush, in front of the lower part of the stick. After filling the water tank with water and attaching it, press the + button on the display of the handy cleaner to spray the water.

Multi-use wet pads
When attaching the wet pad, make sure the pad is in the centre of the spin disk.

Single-use wet pads
Attach the single-use wet pad to the front side of the attachable pad on the spin disk.

Water Tank
Press the lower part of the Water Tank to detach and insert the front end first to attach.

Note: 

  • The Wet Brush does not have a dust suction function.
  • When the vacuum is in the Wet Brush mode, only the (+) button works.
  • Do NOT use underground or polluted water for the Water Tank.
  • If the spin brush does not work even after cleaning the (Slim Action Brush) and the (Wet Brush), the overheating prevention device of the motor might be in operation. Wait 30 minutes or more for the motor to cool and operate again.
  • Clean the multi-use wet pad of the Wet Brush in a normal washing machine by using a neutral detergent (however, If the wet pad is exposed to heat, softener, etc, it may be modified or discolored, and product performance can be degraded).

Note: 

  • If the Wet Brush is used without a wet pad, any product malfunction will not be covered by warranty and a service fee will be charged.
  • When you want to purchase an additional multi-use wet pad for the Wet Brush, contact the nearest Samsung service centre.
  • If you want to purchase an additional dust bag, check the model’s name, then contact your nearest Samsung Electronics retailer or Samsung service centre.

  • The Pet Tool is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Pro Extra Stick Vaccum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Complete Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, and BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick.

Use the Pet Tool brush to remove pet fur from thin carpet, sofas, etc.

Note: 

  • Do NOT use this directly on a pet or animal.
  • Do NOT use the Pet Tool brush to pick up pet waste.

Note: 

  • The Combination Tool/Extension Crevice Tool is included in the: BESPOKE Jet™ Pro Extra Stick Vaccum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Complete Extra Stick Vacuum Range, BESPOKE Jet™ Elite Extra Stick Vacuum Range, and BESPOKE Jet™ AI Stick.

It is good to use a Combination Tool, Extension Crevice Tool or Flexible Tool to clean window frames. With these brushes, it is easy to clean certain narrow areas and corners. 

*You can connect the Combination Tool or the Extension Crevice Tool to use with the Flexible Tool.

Use to remove dust from curtains, furniture, sofas, etc.

Use to remove dust in grooves of window frames, narrow openings, corners, etc.

Use to clean hard to reach places such as upper or rear parts of furniture or ceilings.

Note: 

  • When detaching the adjustable pipe or the brush, press the release button on the back.
  • Before detaching any accessories, it is good to operate in MAX mode for more than 10 seconds to remove foreign matter remaining in the accessories.
