When seeking service for a Samsung device, we urge customers to visit a Samsung retail outlet or an authorised service partner to ensure any parts used during a service are genuine or certified by Samsung.
Samsung cannot guarantee the safety of uncertified or counterfeit charging accessories and batteries. Samsung also cannot guarantee that uncertified or counterfeit charging accessories and batteries will not damage your Samsung device.

When using a wireless charging accessory, please do not place any metal or magnetic materials (e.g. coins, magnetic cards) between the smartphone and the wireless charger.

When using wired charging accessories, always check and remove any foreign objects that may be in the connector or plug.
