How to activate and exit Maintenance Mode on your Samsung TV and Smart Monitor
Samsung TVs and Smart Monitors include Maintenance Mode–a feature that allows you to control your privacy by allowing access to only the most basic functions required to carry out any necessary repairs. While activating Maintenance Mode, you can also backup your preferences, like Picture settings and then restore them once the repairs are completed. Should you ever need to send your device to one of our service centres for repairs, follow this guide to place your TV or Smart Monitor in Maintenance Mode.
