Lines on Samsung TV screen
There are a few different ways you might see lines or missing pixels on the TV screen. To determine whether this is a software problem or a hardware issue, please follow the steps below.

- 2023 - 2024 Model TVs: Settings > All Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
- 2022 Model TVs: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
- 2020 - 2021 Model TVs: Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
- 2016 - 2019 Model TVs: Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test
- 2015 Model TVs: Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
