Samsung Online Shop provides free delivery service and works with professional logistic partners to deliver your order. In addition, we also provide Samsung Experience Store pick up or SF Express Pickup Points pick up option.

You may choose to deliver your order on mobile, Computer and its accessories to Hong Kong* or Macau except for P.O. Boxes, restricted areas, logistics warehouse and transshipment warehouse.

Hong Kong* includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designed outlying island areas including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
Our logistic department will call to confirm the delivery time one working day before delivery. Delivery and installation service will only be arranged after confirmation. Delivery and installation service time is 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon to Sat), and service not available on Sun and public holiday.

If your order contains both mobile, home appliances products and its accessories, they will be delivered separately.

Unfortunately, we do not support to deliver refrigerator, washing machines and its accessories to Macau at this moment. If your Macau order contains both mobile products and refrigerator, washing machines, the order will be cancelled, our customer service team will contact and assist you to place a new order.
