How long does it take to deliver an order?

Samsung Online Shop endeavors to delivery your order within 3 business days. Delivery lead time may be longer if shipping address and installation service** is in remote areas* or Macau.

Our logistic department will call to confirm the delivery time one working day before delivery. Delivery and installation service will only be arranged after confirmation. Delivery and installation service time is 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon to Sat), and service not available on Sun and public holiday.

* Extra installation charge for Mui Wo and Tai O – HK$300 (This surcharge will be collected on-site by the installation team).
** Remote area or restricted area (if any) installation MAY need extra charge HK$300 - please contact the call center ☎3698 4633 for any enquires. Our customer service team is available 10am to 7pm daily.
